1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all design, print, and signage work carried out by VIZL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change if specifications or materials change after quotation.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full before production, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Goods remain the property of VIZL until full payment is received.
4. Artwork & Proofs
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all artwork proofs carefully before approval.
VIZL cannot be held responsible for errors (such as spelling, colours, or layout issues) once artwork has been approved for production.
5. Custom Orders
All printed, branded, or custom-made products are produced specifically to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty.
6. Turnaround & Delivery
Production times vary depending on the job. Delivery or collection dates are estimates only and may vary due to supplier or courier delays.
VIZL is not liable for delays outside our control.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.
8. Liability
VIZL’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any loss of business, profit, or consequential damages arising from product use or delay.
9. Copyright & Ownership
All design concepts and artwork remain the intellectual property of VIZL until paid for in full.
Unless otherwise agreed, VIZL reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes.
10. Acceptance
By approving artwork, making payment, or placing an order with VIZL, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
